- As an HR professional, I have extensive experience of recruitment processes and people management from the inside — so I can help my clients get exactly where they want to be.
- I am passionate about equality; helping the capable, intelligent women I coach achieve their potential is my way of fighting inequality in the workplace.
- Clients have gone on to excel in government, public sector, and wider leadership roles, including senior positions in the NHS, and even founding their own businesses.
